About the role

Executive-Operations-HR-CBS - TAL - Enablement - Mumbai The team works together across functions and service lines to build strategic solutions that support our strategy and employer value proposition (EVP). The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices.

What you'll do

• Responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life
• Maintain statutory registers, records, notices and documentation prescribed under applicable laws
• Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and monthly compliance submissions
• Ensure adherence to Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory obligations
• Track labour law amendments and support implementation of regulatory changes and Labour Code readiness
