Executive - HR

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, HRMS management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to separation
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction
• Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
• Maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats
• Ensure timely updates in HRMS and employee database

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
