About the role

Proactively highlight aberrations in the regulatory mandate of within 10 day submissions and provide recommendations for TAT adherence/improvement No. of process automation/improvement opportunity identified Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

What you'll do

  • Preparing and Publishing Daily MISs (New Accounts, KYC renewals, Residence Address Change, KROC & CardOne)
  • Meeting daily production requirements
  • Ensuring CKYC MISs are prepared within Timelines with accuracy
  • Ensure accurate data/files updation & MIS for critical processes - CKYC New Accounts, renewal ,address change, KROC & CardOne
  • Conduct In-depth analysis of trending and reasons of CKYC errors to ensure higher penetration (including IT coordination for error /data rectifications )
