About the role

INDIA, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Head Office, HEAD OFFICE - PPC Track Section 138 NI Act matters and other assigned litigation; administer Zelican Application. Draft and issue notices under Section 138 NI Act. Collate & Maintain evidence and support Finance, Collections and Business Teams. Represent the Company before Courts, Tribunals, Government Departments as authorized.

What you'll do

• Track Section 138 NI Act matters and other assigned litigation; administer Zelican Application
• Draft and issue notices under Section 138 NI Act
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, affidavits, pleadings and legal submissions
• Attend hearings and coordinate with advocates; ensure compliance with court directions
• File and track online Police Verification applications and support license renewals
