The Executive – LMS Support is responsible for providing technical and functional support for Learning Management Systems, resolving user issues, managing incidents, generating reports, and ensuring smooth learning platform operations.

What you'll do

• Provide technical and functional support for LMS platforms and related learning applications
• Resolve user issues related to login, access, course enrollment, learning records, and system functionality
• Manage and track support tickets, incidents, and customer escalations within defined SLAs
• Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and global stakeholders for complex issue resolution

What you need

• 2–3 years in customer support & success
• Customer service
• Root cause analysis
• Escalation handling
• SOP writing
• Communication
• Any graduate
