Executive - Loss Prevention (Third-Party Payroll – Spectrum)

About the role

Based in Bangalore and deployed through Spectrum (Third-Party Payroll), the incumbent will be responsible for conducting retail audits, monitoring CCTV surveillance, investigating inventory discrepancies and operational irregularities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and identifying opportunities to minimize business losses.

What you'll do

• Retail Audits & Operational Compliance
• Conduct periodic and surprise store audits across South India to assess compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Review store processes, inventory controls, cash handling practices, billing procedures, and operational documentation
• Identify compliance gaps, control weaknesses, and potential areas of financial or inventory loss
• Prepare detailed audit observations, highlight deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive measures

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• POS
• SAP
• Reconciliation
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• AML
• Any graduate
