Executive Manager - Data (Master + Transactional) Quality

About the role

The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end data quality, migration validation, and reconciliation activities for both Master Data and Transactional Data throughout the migration lifecycle. This includes data readiness assessments, migration quality controls, pre- and post-load validations, defect management, and business sign-off support.

What you'll do

• Lead data quality and validation activities across SAP S/4HANA migration programs
• Define and execute validation strategies for Master Data and Transactional Data throughout mock cycles, dress rehearsals, and production cutovers
• Partner with Data Migration and Data Validation teams to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of migrated data
• Establish and execute reconciliation frameworks including record counts, financial balancing, business process validations, and exception reporting
• Manage questions and provide clear direction to development and validation teams during solution build, testing, and deployment phases
