Executive - NPD (Techno Commercial)

About the role

This isn't a desk role. You'll work across new product launches and special projects including optimizing cost, process, and machine improvement — end to end, from recipe finalisation to commercial productions.

What you'll do

• Lead scale-up of finalized formulations from lab to commercial production
• Identify suitable manufacturing lines, machinery, and process flow for new products
• Assess machinery requirements and coordinate equipment validation and production trials at manufacturing/co-manufacturer sites
• Define and implement QA/QC standards for raw materials, in-process controls, and finished products
• Validate packaging formats and conduct transit, handling, and shelf-life trials

What you need
