The Manager - Industrial Engineering will drive process mapping, standardization, productivity improvement, workflow optimization, and cost efficiency across relevant operations. The role will work closely with Regional and site teams to review existing processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, develop standard operating procedures, and support the implementation of sustainable process changes.
