About the role

We are looking for a talented Executive Recruiter to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead executive search strategies that attract and secure exceptional Director-level and above leadership talent aligned to business priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead executive search strategies that attract and secure exceptional Director-level and above leadership talent aligned to business priorities
• Partner with senior leaders to translate organizational objectives into targeted executive hiring and succession plans
• Deliver market intelligence and talent insights that strengthen workforce planning and inform critical leadership decisions
• Build and cultivate diverse executive talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth
• Influence hiring outcomes through rigorous talent assessment, data-driven recommendations, and strategic consultation
