About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant within the Technology Practice, you will be responsible for driving both business development and executive recruitment activities.

What you'll do

• Identifying and developing new client relationships across Industrial/Manufacturing, IT Services, Product Companies and GCCs
• Building a strong network of Technology leaders and senior professionals across the market
• Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments for leadership and senior technology mandates
• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and provide consultative hiring solutions
• Generating new business opportunities through market mapping, networking and client engagement activities

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
