About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing Fintech Devices such as Biometric Devices, Thermal Printers, POS Terminals, and Micro-ATM devices. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, testing, and ensuring quality standards for serviced products.

What you'll do

• Perform component-level and module-level repairs on PCBs
• Analyze electrical, mechanical, firmware, and communication-related issues
• Conduct functional testing and quality verification after repair activities
• Maintain service records, repair reports, and failure analysis documentation
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams for recurring failure analysis and corrective actions
