Executive - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our TA team and drive end-to-end recruitment across technology functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer closures , with the ability to independently manage critical and niche technology requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines
• Handle hiring for mid to senior-level technology positions , including niche and critical skill requirements
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and other channels
• Conduct candidate screening, initial discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer closures
