Executive - Travel Admin

About the role

The Executive – Travel Admin will be responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, along with travel-related financial and administrative activities. The role involves coordinating bookings, managing visa processes, ensuring adherence to company travel policies, monitoring travel expenses, and supporting cost optimization.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flight, hotel and other travel-related bookings
• Coordinate international visa applications, including documentation, appointment scheduling, application tracking
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies, approval processes, and budgetary guidelines
• Manage travel expenses and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, verification, and reconciliation of travel-related costs
• Coordinate with employees, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences
