About the role

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Expense Analyst to support expense tracking, financial reporting, invoice operations, and data management within Corporate Services. The role will help maintain accurate reporting, support financial reconciliations, and use automation tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of expense-management processes.

What you'll do

• Help maintain accurate reporting, support financial reconciliations, and use automation tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of expense-management processes
• Support daily expense tracking, reporting, and ad hoc analysis, maintaining accuracy and consistency across tools and trackers
• Assist with financial reconciliations, including analysis of actual expenses against forecasts
• Support the invoice lifecycle, including review, validation, payment submission, aging monitoring, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain vendor-spend and invoice-status trackers, escalating delays, errors, or risks affecting payment and reporting

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Financial reporting
• Documentation
• Any graduate
