[Internal Hiring]: HR Executive - L2

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage and strengthen day-to-day HR operations, employee records, HR systems, payroll coordination, attendance and leave administration, statutory compliance, and HR process governance. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of HR data and systems, and the ability to independently manage operational processes while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely closure.

What you'll do

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Manage employee master data, changes in employment details, transfers, reporting changes, designations, departments, and other HR transactions
• Ensure timely completion of joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation, and exit-related documentation

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• HRMS
• Statutory compliance
• Onboarding
• Payroll
• Excel
• Any graduate

Good to have

• MIS reporting
• SOP writing
