Expert - Supplier Risk Management

About the role

The RMT oversees and administers all risk management processes performed on the DHL Group wide used risk management tool SHIELD. The RMT also acts as evaluator for risk management processes. Thereby the team interacts with internal and external stakeholders to bring supplier due diligence processes to a conclusion.

What you'll do

• Ensure engagement of stakeholders to conclude supplier due diligence processes in target time via verbal and written communication
• Evaluate supplier questionnaire responses, supplier documents or other risk information on suppliers by applying evaluator guidelines
• Judge quality of supplier provided information and seek clarifications if required
• Escalate red flag situations to applicable subject matter expert groups while summarizing contextual information on the use of the supplier in business context
• Explain due diligence process to internal stakeholders and suppliers

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Risk management
• Due diligence
• Any graduate
