Fabrication Production Supervisor Night Shift

About the role

The Fabrication Supervisor provides a physically and emotionally safe working environment promoting mutual trust and respect. The Supervisor is delivering a safe reliable product to our customers while achieving measurable objectives and making process improvements.

What you'll do

• Investigates safety incidents and work on preventive safety techniques with teams
• Provides first response (first on the help chain) to team members when customer demand is jeopardized, or the area is shutting down due to safety and /or quality problems
• Sponsors and facilitates rapid problem-solving processes across areas. Works to remove waste across areas
• Maintains personal touch with each team member during the shift
• Develop work instructions and/or Standardized Work with team members and sponsors use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety and quality practices

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Fabrication
• CNC operation
• SOP writing
• Diploma
