This Position for Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain and manage all Electro-mechanical equipment such as HVAC high side and low side, UPS, PAC, DG, Air conditioners, Batteries
• Manage and maintain the pool of operation team, track their activities assign jobs
• Responsible for key Operations & Sustainability KPIs and SLAs Plan and manage the budgets for operation including costing (cost control, cost management measures)
• Responsible for rolling out various projects for the reduction of energy and Opex spend at the facility
• Responsible for closure of various passive equipment availability, Energy Efficiency, Energy deviation issues within defined SLA

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• Facility management
• Excel
• Reporting
• MS Office
• PowerPoint

• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
