Facility Security Manager APAC

About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end physical security operations, including day-to-day security activities, manpower deployment, creation and implementation of SOPs, vendor coordination, monthly billing validation, and management of security automation systems. The role requires strong operational control, process orientation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day physical security operations across assigned sites/facilities
• Ensure protection of employees, visitors, assets, and infrastructure
• Oversee access control, perimeter security, surveillance, and patrolling activities
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and compliance checks
• Manpower Management & Deployment

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Incident response
• SOP writing
• Compliance
• MIS reporting
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
