To be responsible for facility maintenance, workstation/seat allocation and support in resolving employee queries/issues.
What you'll do
- Be Responsible For Maintenance Of Facility, Equipment, Stationary And Maintain Records Of Activities
- Allocate Workstation/Seat & Other Amenities As Per The Plan/Policy
- Support Client Visits/Employee Tours, Food & Other Amenities, Boardroom Requirements, And Coordinate With Team Members To Ensure Continuity Of Services
- Support In Resolving Employee Issues/Queries And Coordinate All Internal & External Audits
