Field Account Manager

About the role

Through strategic account management, commercial leadership, and close collaboration with Technical Sales teams, you will help accelerate customer success and support the delivery of innovative solutions that contribute to better health for more people. Based in Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for expanding customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing portfolio adoption across your assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong, multi-level, long-term customer relationships to strengthen account engagement, satisfaction, retention, and recurring revenue
• Lead the commercial stages of the sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and commercial closure
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within assigned accounts by leveraging Technical Sales support for validation, trials
• Drive adoption of innovative and newly launched products by communicating their value, supporting successful implementation, and delivering NPI-related targets
• Integrate newly acquired customers into the assigned account base, capturing new use cases within account plans to support long-term account development and expansion
