About the role

In this role, you're launching the India business, serving as a hands-on engineering leader, leading technical sales engagements, contributing to development efforts, and establishing high technical standards. We're looking for someone who has: Entrepreneurial background, including founding or co-founding a startup, with the resilience and adaptability required to build in zero-to-one environments.

What you'll do

• Shape AI adoption for enterprise customers at scale
• Participate in early-stage customer discussions and solution design
• Present product demonstrations and guide architecture, integration, and security conversations with stakeholders
• Manage customer implementation programmes from discovery and scoping through deployment and optimisation
• Build and scale a high-performing team across engineering, integrations, and pre-sales functions
