About the role
This role is responsible for safe and reliable maintenance of elevator units within assigned routes and ensuring customer centricity and delight.
What you'll do
- Adherence to EH&S guidelines at all times. Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety
- Be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance & Customer Service for assigned units
- Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units
- Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix
- Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation
What you need
