What you'll do

• Implement, supervise and improve frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, organization, metrics, processes, systems, plans
• Achieve Sales Annual Business plan for the territory-channel-Outlets assigned
• Execute Programs, Demand generation activities, Visibility & Merchandising plans for the territory & achieve POS – Sell out objective
• Monitor & improve distribution objectives in terms of Range availability, Product placement with the help of Sales team
• Distributor and Super Stockiest Operations Management
