Field Policy Director Job

About the role

The role sits where research, field reality and campaign strategy meet — and owns the document that comes out of that intersection. Below is the complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, the seniority path, and the selection process. Direct the policy work for campaign engagements — the positions, promises and program the candidate carries into the field

What you'll do

• Translate research into policy: what the data cell knows about the constituency becomes what the campaign actually commits to
• Run the field-to-policy loop — what field teams and surveys hear on the ground reshapes what the campaign says within days, not months
• Use: Policy research corpora and legislative trackers, Survey and field-data platforms, Collaborative drafting suites, Manifesto and speech version-control workflows

What you need

• Research
• Any graduate
