What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted technical expert for customers using Biomonitoring instruments across India
• Independently install, qualify, and maintain instruments at customer sites
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, using sound technical judgement to protect uptime and compliance
• Explain technical information clearly to customers and partners
• Support service growth through accurate documentation, proactive customer engagement, and sharing field expertise with the team

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• Preventive maintenance
• GMP
• Microbiology
• GLP
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• CRM
