Field Service Engineer

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for the installation and service support of Nordson Matrix AXI. Customer relationship management for these customers. Service and application support of customers in the assigned territory. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

What you'll do

• Planning and Scheduling the servicing work in advance so the output of the factory is not affected
• Working on Preventative Maintenance activities and field modifications
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
• Ensuring that all the parts needed for customers are planned

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

Good to have

• Instrumentation
