About the role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Fieldwork Coordinator: The fieldwork coordinator responsibilities listed below are inclusive but not limited to Setup or review Dynamic Audience on allocated projects to ensure that relevant sample is invited Address Project Managers and other stakeholders’ requests in timely manner

What you'll do

• Support and execute sampling and fieldwork plan as agreed with Project Manager, including screener review for allocated projects
• Manage reminder campaigns in line with respective divisional guidelines
• Handle incentive management of group panel resources strictly adhering to laid out guidelines/matrix of each division
• Ensure projects and tasks allocated are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client/PM
• Attend meetings (IKO/KOC) with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood
