• Oversee the complete Finance & Accounts operations of the hotel
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial performance reports
• Monitor hotel revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and departmental costs
• Ensure accurate monthly financial closing and timely submission of MIS reports
• Implement effective internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
