Finance Associate (AR)

About the role

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.

What you'll do

• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
• Process customer tax exemptions following government regulations
• Review, reconcile, and process credit card vouchers and advance deposits
