Finance Associate - AR

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate (Accounts Receivable) to join our Financial Operations team on a 1-year contract. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with our global AR processes, supporting payment reconciliation across 9 international regions, including EMEA and APAC.

What you'll do

• Reconcile customer payments received across global bank accounts with invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely posting
• Handle regional nuances in payment formats and clearing processes across EMEA, APAC, and other global markets
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payment allocation, duplicate payments, or missing remittances
• Collaborate with Customer Support and AR team to maintain up-to-date records and resolve customer payment queries
• Ensure clean audit trails and documentation for all reconciliations
