About the role

Strengthen internal controls while leading and developing the finance and accounting team. We're looking for someone who has: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-18 years of post-qualification experience. Permanent employment. Finance Controller role based in Uttar Pradesh. Opportunity to work in the FMCG industry.

What you'll do

• Lead finance for a large-scale manufacturing operation
• Drive strategic impact across planning, controls and growth
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Manage month-end close, financial statements, accounting controls and financial reporting
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting
