About the role

A successful Financial Controller should have: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience (Mandatory) Previous experience in Real Estate industry (Mandatory) Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the property and building & construction industry. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure smooth financial transactions
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
