Finance Controller

About the role

Financial Planning & Business Control Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Financial Reporting & Compliance Ensure timely preparation and finalisation of standalone and consolidated financial statements. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Oversee Direct and Indirect Tax compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing (where applicable).

What you'll do

• Lead the finance function across two organizations
• Drive monthly financial reporting, MIS, and variance analysis for business leadership
• Monitor profitability across business units, products, projects, and regions
• Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions and investments
• Recommend cost optimisation initiatives to improve margins and operational efficiency
