Finance Digitization Lead

About the role

This role is the embedded business-facing BI engineer & automation partner for all functions including Finance in Mumbai GCC. To act as the key interface between Finance and IT, driving finance process optimization, digitalization and automation.

What you'll do

• A. Finance Process Optimization
• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Treasury
• Identify process inefficiencies, redundant activities, duplicate entries, manual reconciliations and unnecessary approvals
• Drive process simplification, standardization and automation across countries and business units
• Map existing and future-state processes and recommend sustainable improvements
