Finance Enterprise Systems Director (Netsuite)

About the role

We are looking for an AI-forward, strategic Senior Manager to lead our Finance Applications portfolio within Enterprise Systems. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings order to complex cross-functional programs, and uses AI as a force multiplier across delivery, design, and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end transformation of our Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report ecosystems — partnering with Finance, Procurement, Revenue Operations, IT
• Lead with strategy. Define and own the multi-year roadmap for Finance enterprise applications
• Own the systems stack. Provide hands-on leadership across NetSuite, Zuora, SAP Ariba, and Klarity — partnering with admins, developers
• Translate business problems into delivery plans; translate technical trade-offs into business language
• Establish PMO best practices, govern scope/schedule/budget/quality, lead steering committees, manage risks and escalations, and deliver predictably across waterfall
