About the role

The role is critical to support finance operations at our COCO stores and will be responsible for billing, collections, sales accounting, inventory reconciliation, registration and insurance accounting, refund processing, and compliance with financial controls. The key responsibilities of the role include:

What you'll do

• Responsible for billing, collections, sales accounting, inventory reconciliation, registration and insurance accounting, refund processing
• Processing and accounting of customer refunds, cancellation refunds, and excess payment refunds
• Support during month-end closing, audits, and financial reconciliations
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements
