Finance Manager - GCC

About the role

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support GCC leadership decision-making. 6-9 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or finance operations. CA (ICAI) qualification or MBA Finance strongly preferred. Prior experience in a shared services, multinational, or financial services environment.

What you'll do

• Manage GCC financial operations including accounts payable, expense management, payroll coordination, and vendor payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the GCC, including budget vs. actuals analysis
• Coordinate with ISQ's global finance teams (Asia Finance, Manco Finance) to ensure GCC financial data is accurately reflected in group reporting
• Oversee statutory compliance for the India entity including GST filings, TDS, and coordination with local tax advisors
• Manage relationships with local banks, service providers, and government agencies
