Finance Officer - ERP Systems (Ahmedabad, India)

About the role

The position will be responsible in overseeing ERP systems, troubleshooting support, interacting with ERP users, handling user community of over 700+ finance professional across Qatar Airways Group & its subsidiaries . The officer have to act as primary point of contact for all finance related matters pertaining to Oracle ERP systems.

What you'll do

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials, coordinate with 700+ users and ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve system reliability, reduce ticket volumes, and enhance the user experience
• Support end-to-end AP to GL close activities by monitoring critical transactions, resolving accounting exceptions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and drive corrective actions, improving close cycle efficiency and adherence to reporting timelines
• Manage and support the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including supplier onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations
