Finance Operations Professional

About the role

As a Finance operations professional you will do timely processing of Invoices as well as travel & expense claims, query resolution, reconciliations and payment of Invoices. 3 to 5 years with Accounts Payable, Procurement and Travel & Expenses. Willing to work in the 6 pm to 3 am shift hours . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT).

What you'll do

• Do timely processing of Invoices as well as travel & expense claims, query resolution, reconciliations and payment of Invoices
• Manage daily Volumes of Invoice Processing of both PO and Non-PO Invoices, and Employee Claims
• Processing-to-Payment of an Invoice and Employee Claim
• Coordinating with vendors, onshore colleagues and Business Units for missing information
• Work as a team and respect each other’s work

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• SAP
• MIS reporting
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Accounts payable
• Accounting
• B.Com or BBA
