Finance Systems Administrator

About the role

As a Finance Systems Administrator at Teads, you will manage and support our core finance systems, including NetSuite, Planful, Lease Query and FloQast. You will play a key role in ensuring these systems run smoothly, supporting finance users, resolving technical issues and improving processes across a global organisation with 50+ subsidiaries.

What you'll do

• Manage and support our core finance systems, including NetSuite, Planful, Lease Query and FloQast
• Maintain NetSuite modules and integrations, including Tipalti, Coupa and Concur
• Monitor integrations and investigate and resolve failures
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings
• Maintain GL accounts, segments and chart of accounts configurations

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• SOX
• NetSuite
• Reporting
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Audit
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or B.Com or BBA
