Fleet Coordinator - Last Mile(Delhi) - Contractual

About the role

Coach and support drivers on FlixBus standards, app usage, and service expectations. Allocate manpower against demand patterns and peak windows; track attendance, performance, and productivity of the ground team. Be the owner of last-mile passenger experience, ensuring a smooth transition from buses to cabs and cabs to buses.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day last-mile ground operations and real-time traffic control across our hubs and pickup/drop points in Delhi NCR — making sure passengers move smoothly…
• Lead and manage day-to-day last-mile ground operations and real-time traffic control across designated hubs and pickup/drop points in Delhi NCR
• Ensure smooth, timely dispatch and coordination of last-mile cabs against bus arrival and departure schedules
• Act as the on-ground escalation point, resolving operational disruptions (delays, no-shows, route changes, demand surges) quickly and calmly
• Work closely with last-mile cab operators and drivers to drive app adoption, improve punctuality metrics, and elevate customer experience

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Last-mile delivery
• Excel
• Any graduate
