About the role
Manage all cases related to Fleet operations, including ticket creation, resolution, closure, and case monitoring. Issues arising from the workshop will first be handled by the FCSC. If the case cannot be resolved, it will be transferred to the CSC. FCSC will oversee the following escalation path: Parts Issues (APM, RPM, Service Net, Parts Head)
What you'll do
- Daily Monitoring (Supervised by the Supervisor)
- Cases diverted to workshops or QRT
- Persistent and repeat complaints
- Monthly Monitoring (Supervised by the Customer Support Manager)
- Fault code reduction across the fleet
What you need
- 1–3 yrs of experience
- CRM
- Retail sales
- Telecom
- Customer success
- BCA or ITI or Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
What you get
- ₹1.8 L–₹3.6 L a year
