About the role

As a First-of-Service (FOS) representative, you will be the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

• Be the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with the CCE team to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless resolution process
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying updated with the latest developments
