Founder's Office Intern (Executive & People Ops)

About the role

You will work directly with our co-founders as their right hand. Your job is to take things off their plate, run them to completion, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. When needed, you will also support our People Ops team on hiring and employee operations. This is not a typical assistant role.

What you'll do

• Founder's office (about 70%)
• Own the co-founders' calendars across IST, EST and PST: scheduling, prioritising and protecting focus time
• Triage inboxes and follow-ups; chase open items until they close
• Prepare briefs before meetings: who the person is, their company, context and talking points
• Research on demand: markets, competitors, prospects, investors, events, vendors
