About the role

Consistently meet and exceed outbound-sourced revenue targets 8-12 years of overall professional experience Proven track record of selling into the US mid-market segment Comfortable working in a 5-day work-from-office (WFO) setup Willing to embrace the dynamics of an early-stage environment - high ownership, ambiguity, and a growth mindset

What you'll do

• Own and drive a primarily outbound sales motion (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to build a strong pipeline
• Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals
• Scale existing revenue traction by converting validated demand into predictable growth
• Develop and refine ICP, messaging, and outbound playbooks
• Collaborate with founders to shape GTM strategy and sales processes
