About the role

You will own outbound sales to Indian startups. You find the companies, you get in the door, you run the demo, you close, and you hand over a customer who knows exactly what they bought. We have an AE team of three today. It works, and it closes. Now we need to scale it, and you will be a critical part of that.

What you'll do

  • Be a critical part of that
  • Run on what you help build
  • Building your own target list of Indian startups that are hiring, and figuring out who the real decision-maker is
  • Running cold outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and iterating on what actually gets a reply
  • Running demos that are built around the prospect's open roles, not a generic walkthrough of the product

What you need

  • 1–3 years in sales
  • Sales
  • CRM
  • Any graduate
