FP&A Lead - Large - Business Process Services

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 20+ years of experience in FP&A, Shared Services, GCC, GBS, or BPS environments. Proven experience building and leading large FP&A organisations. Educational background in CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance. Certifications such as FPAC, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Power BI, Analytics, or AI-focused credentials are advantageous.

What you'll do

• Lead the growth of a leading contracted operations platform
• Drive AI-led finance transformation at global scale
• Lead global delivery teams supporting stakeholders across the globe
• Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and finance business partnering excellence
• Develop client relationships, governance frameworks, talent strategies, and capability-building programmes
