What you'll do

• Drive engineering execution across Gradding and MySIPOnline
• In the first phase, lead the MySIPOnline rebuild with its tech lead, strengthen Gradding's platform with its existing team
• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading a team of roughly 5-15; still highly hands-on
• Built observability and on-call systems using Sentry or another APM, alerting and production support practices
• Has set up and maintained agent-driven software engineering workflows, not merely used coding assistants
